About the middle of XIVème century, in the North-East of the American continent, five Indian nations (Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, Seneca), joined soon by a sixth (Tuscarora) and pertaining to the group of Iroquois, decide to gather around one of an oral law, the Great Law which Lie, to put an end to their ceaseless conflicts. It is the first democratic Confederation of the history of humanity. Four centuries later, in 1776, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams took as a starting point the the Great Law to write the Declaration of Independence of the United States, as will do it, in 1787, the fathers of the American Constitution. Then it will be with the turn of Marx and Engels, thanks to work of the American anthropologist Lewis Henry Morgan, to impassion itself for this "company without State, where all are equal and free, including the women". One even could write that the Indians iroquois "had exceeded the Roman law".
It is this history, occulted too a long time, which the contemporary Masters of the sculpture iroquoise and Alexandre Grauer, tell their European messenger, us in this work through their splendid art of teaching.

To read the English text of the Constitution:
it includes/understands 117 articles and defines the functions and prerogatives of the cinquantes chiefs or royaneh which sits at the Council of the nations, as well as the number of royaneh per nation.
The organization rests on a system of decision-making based on the principle of subsidiarity and which wants that only the questions not being able to be sliced at the lower level of decision are carried in front of the higher authority. The people iroquois also called people haudenosaunee are organized in family, clan, nation and confederation. It is not a system arranged hierarchically because the royaneh and other chiefs do not have to be able to exert: they are only the spokesmen of the popular decisions. On the other hand they must have human competences and a major honesty to discuss and negotiate the problems which are carried in front of the higher authorities. Each level of organization has its own council of fire during which the decisions are caught according to the same process: the council forms three groups, of which two discuss and the third referee. All the decisions must be made unanimously on each level of organization.
This operation presents risks of blocking or skid. The ultimate capacity to slice and the capacity of veto on the unanimously voted decisions are granted to the Mothers of clans, the royaneh women, the "citizens" most influential of the Confederation. They hold also the capacity to name new chiefs or to relieve them.
Article 53 stipulates: "When the women royaneh, holders of the title of chief, choose one their wire like candidate, they must choose of them one which inspires a total confidence, which is benevolent and honest, which can be occupied of its own businesses, which supports its family and which obtained the confidence of her nation".
article 36: "the women are the heiresses of the titles of the confederated chiefs, as well as of those of the chiefs of war"
The wisest women or oldest can thus break a political chief, in the event of defect of confidence, political error or social injustice. The flight, the lie, the disrespect of the laws and the accumulation of richnesses were repressed hard. A good policy, i.e. a good chief, were named with life for his generosity, his intelligence, his good direction, his rhetoric and his probity.
The Council of the nations, or the Great Council
is composed of fifty named members with life, each one pertaining to an old family of maternal line. This Great Council is tripartite. At the time of the assemblies, the chiefs are divided into two deliberating bodies, separated by central fire. The first body, in the east of fire, is composed of the royaneh mohawk and seneca (known as "oldest brothers"). The second is in the west and is composed of the dignitaries oneida and cayuga (known as "youngest brothers"). The third body deliberating on this assembly is in north, they are the chiefs onondaga, the guards of the fire of the Council, who slice in the event of divergence between the two other bodies. It is for that that the Tree of the Great Peace was planted on the territory onondaga, because it is the heart of the Confederation.
article 9: "All the businesses of the Confederation of the Five Nations will be treated by the combined action of two deliberating bodies confederal chiefs. Initially the question will be voted by the mohawk chiefs and seneca, then it will be discussed and voted by the oneida chiefs and cayuga. The decisions will then be submitted to the chiefs onondaga (guards of fire) for the final arbitration. The same procedure will be observed when a question will have been carried in front of the Council by an individual where a chief of war ".
In the event of dissension, article 11 provides that the two parts which will vote a decision will carry it and that the onondaga chiefs will have with the second turn to ratify the decision of the two parts.
Chiefs of war: are with the service of the chiefs of the Confederation.
Article 37: " there will be only one chief of war by nation, and its duty will be to be the emissary of the chiefs of this nation, to hold up the weapons of the war in the event of need. The chief of war will not take part in the debates of the Council, but will have the role of guarantor as for their good unfolding. In the event of reprehensible behavior on behalf of a chief, it will receive for him the complaints of the people and the warnings of the men. It will transmit the wishes of the people to the chiefs of the Confederation. In any event, its role is to subject the businesses, the questions and the proposals of the people to the confederal Council ".
Article 39: "a chief of war which acts contrary to the laws of the Great Peace can be deposited by the women and the men of his nation, separately or jointly. After that the women, holders of the titles, will choose the candidate clans:
Article 42: "the people of the Five Nations will be divided into clans... The clans form each nation, they will have to be sole owner of the territory. It is a right of birth
Article 43: "the members of a clan will have to recognize like their parents all the other members of this clan whatever their nationality. The men and the women of the same clan will be able to never link themselves
Article 44: "the descent is done by the maternal bond. The women are the source of the Nation, they have the country and its ground. The men and the women are of a row lower than that of the mothers

Article 80: "When the confederated council of the Five Nations fixes itself for objective to propose Great Peace with a foreign nation and that this nation refuses this proposal, then the Five Nations make of them a case of war against this nation. The Five Nations will have to then seek to establish Great Peace by the conquest of the rebellious nation ".
Article 81: "When the men of the Five Nations, called with the war, are ready to fight against a nation which been obstinated to refuse Great Peace, they will have to choose, among the five chiefs of war, that which will carry out the battle. This last will exhort them, will point out the discipline to be held to them, obedience with the orders, bravery and the courage of which they will have to make proof and will especially encourage them never not to yield to cowardice. Following its speech, it will entonnera the battle song:
A my great distress, I am constrained to have recourse to the capacity of my battle song. I belong to the Five Nations. I request and subject to me with the Creative Almighty. He raised this army. My warriors will be valorous by the force of the Creator. Between him and my song, they are, because it is him which gave the song, this battle song that I entonne
Article 84: "Each time that a foreign nation is conquered or accepted the Great Peace of its full liking, its own system of government is preserved, but it will have to cease being aggressive towards other nations".

Article 93: "When a serious subject or of great urgency is presented at the Council of the Confederation, and that this case relates to the Union as a whole, it threatening of absolute ruin, then the chiefs of the Confederation have the duty to subject the problem to the decision of the people. Decision which will be dominating in the debates of the Council of the Confederation and will lead to the confirmation of the popular decision ".
Article 95: "the women of each clan must have a Fire of the Council constantly lit and ready to accomodate an assembly. If, according to them, it is necessary for the people to hold a council, then it will be held and the decision which will result from this will be transmitted to the Council of the Confederation by the Chief of War.
Article 96: "All the councils of the fire of the clans can, in the event of need, to meet in a council of general fire, or an assembly of delegated each council of fire can gather for the good of the people. The people have the right to name delegates who will be invested of his capacity. If a decision is made by this council of general fire, then this one is transmitted to the council of the nation or to the Council of the Confederation by the chiefs of war ".

Article 99: "the rites and the ceremonies of each nation must remain, because, necessary to many men, they were given by the ancestors".
Article 104: "All times that a man shows an exemplary life and shows that he knows what is well, he is naturally in a position to teach. The chiefs then recognize it like a professor of peace and spirituality which the people will have to listen to ".
Benjamin Franklin, the diplomat with whom returns the initiative to have proposed with the thirteen colonies to constitute of federation, is interested in first chief in the Indians, and more particularly, since 1744, in Iroquois. His/her friend, Cadwallader Colden, in 1727, published the first systematic study on the company iroquoise: History of the Five Indian Depending Nations one the Province of New York in America. In this work, Colden affirms that as regards political and social organsiation, Iroquois "exceeded the Romans". Benjamin Franklin is printer, it publishes in 1744 a treaty that the colonies of Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland sign in Lancaster with the chiefs of the confederation of the Six Nations. And this council of the onondaga chief, Canasatego, to the envoys of the three colonies does not fall into the ear from a deaf person: "We are a powerful Confederation and by observing methods similar to those worked out by our wise ancestors, you will acquerrez many force and being able".
When in 1776, Thomas Jefferson, helped of John Adams and in the shade of the large Benjamin Franklin, harnesses himself with the drafting of the Declaration of Independence, the example iroquois guide his feather. In 1787, Jefferson Declared: "I am convinced that the Indian companies which live without government enjoy overall a degree of happiness quite higher than those which live under the European modes."
Marx was him also astonished by this example by federal and democratic system political durable which functioned perfectly with a Community economic system. Marx and Engels largely drew from the model haudenosaunee describes by Lewis Henry Morgan to work out their theories of the social evolution. Engels quotes Morgan : "Freedom, equality, fraternity, without to be ever formulated, were the fundamental principles of the clan (people), and this one, in its turn, was the unit of a whole social system, the base of the organized Indian company. This explains the untameable spirit of independence and the dignity of the personal attitude that each one recognizes with the Indians." Engels adds: "We have here the occasion to study the organization of a company which does not know the State yet. The State supposes a particular public authority, separated from the whole of the citizens who make it up... And with all its ingenuity and its simplicity, what a admirable constitution gentilice! Without soldiers, gendarmes neither police officers, without nobility, king neither governors, prefect nor judges, prison, without lawsuit, all goes its regular train... It eput y to have the poor and the needy one - the economy domesticates communist and people know their obligations towards the old men, the patients, the invalids of war. All are equal and free - including the women ".
Quickly let us establish some bonds with the other examples of companies without state and founded on organizations in network. As in Oceania or in Tibet at the Moso people and more generally at ancient civilizations, the role of the women is dominating to maintain peace social among the men. At the iroquois, the obligation for a man is found to find his wife in a nearby clan. Beyond the questions of consanguinity and survival of the mankind, this rule aims at strengthening the bonds between clans, tribes close and we remember here all the pride to a Moso woman who succeeded in having for in love regular a man with a very distant village or for lovers more than one hundred of men. The system matriarcal prohibits also the direct filiation of the capacity between a chief and one of his sons and thus a form of personal property of the capacity. In addition a iroquois chief does not have any means of coercion nor does not have any particular prerogative. Its capacity with the head of a clan is purely moral, truth capacity returning to the collective, i.e. in last authority with the Council of the Confederation. The choice of the constant matriarchy among these companies which are former for us indeed constitutes the base of the peaceful life of the groups and the base of the relations between groups. The beauty and the female seduction are not used only as reason to create a market of the cosmetics or beauty as in our liberal economic company, they are used in the social development of the group to nourish alliances which are necessary for him. We are not here any more at the first stage of the consumer goods daily newspaper which represent the first level of work in a company. We are at the second stage: the participation in the creation and the development of a political, economic and social work: the safeguarding and the search for a happiness to voluntarily live together according to jointly laid down rules', standards' of life in group. Femininity also takes part in the third level of work in a company: the exercise of the free word in the political debate and the political decision-making at the collective level: the mothers are the holders of the real capacity and the guardians of fire. There is not here the strict equality of the ballot paper which besides wants nothing to say in the field of the equality between men and women but there is a balance, an equality in the distribution of the responsibilities political, economic and social between men and women and to decide between a political conflict, the capacity to slice and decide between is not allotted at a higher institution which covers the others and whose members would be selected among the citizens by always and inevitably contestable processes, not very democratic. On the contrary, this capacity to slice belongs to the community of the mothers, with those which exert or exerted the human responsibility to give the life. As at the Gallic ones and the Celts, it are thus they which will decide lastly if their men, their children will leave or not to the war. The internal quarrels between small wishing chiefs to become big bosses do not exist because the institutions do not allow it and in addition because the mothers have the capacity to break a bad or quarrelsome chief. We preserve these practices to bring up to date them in our constitution of the networks of life of the citizens whom we work out on this Web site.
The ascending organization of the company iroquoise enables him to occur from the state, this form of being able precisely separate of the people like had written Marx and Engels so well. The state takes its place since a minority seizes the power and intends to exert it on people through a downward communication, a hierarchical relation autocrat. When we began this Web site, we were in the search of these rules. It draws with the same source, with the same will to link the human beings so that they find the peace which they need on ground to prepare, each one at its hour, with the passage in the life according to the life according to the Great Law of Creation. The reading of the legend founder of the great law of peace, the account of the genesis of this union shows us the arrival of a man prophet handling the supernatural capacities and triumphing over carnal death to the image of Jesus. Some even came from there to say that Jesus a few centuries later could have returned on the edge of the Large Indian Lakes to take again his ministry. This prophet, the Indians iroquois appèlent it Deganawidah. It was given birth to by a virgin girl of the Huron people and during its pregnancy, it had the visit of a messenger of the dreams who gave him the name of his child: Deganawidah.
So many coincidences deserve a pause. And if a bond existed indeed between this body of knowing kept millenia in the temple of Dendérah and transmitted then by the Greek scientists then the Christian scholars, fathers of the desert after the fall of the Roman empire in Egypt. This movement consolidated by Benoît de Nurcie with the Cassin Mount as from year 500 after J-C and which also lived in the Christian communities which refused the interdicts of the Council of Nicée in year 320, had this movement been able to be transported to North America as it is established that it migrated towards South America and Centrale following forwardings Vikings then templières?
To establish a bond between this confederal constitution iroquoise dating from the 13 and 14th century and this practice of the organization in network coming in our Western world from ancient Egypt and Dendérah is possible and completely credible today. It is what we will show.
The origin of the relations between the European continent and the American continent goes up at times former to the last great cataclysm, with the last swing of the ground on its axis, when the age of Atlantis radiated on ground. After this last great cataclysm, the surviving people preserved the memory of this knowledge whereas they were to live under strongly deteriorated conditions and an economic and cultural misery. A trace of these vestiges of Atlantis preserved piously by the scientists and large main spiritual of the people, is delivered to us in a manuscript of Henry Schliemann published by his grandson Paul Schliemann:
in 1873, during my excavations in the ruins of Troy with Hissarlik, when I put at the day, in the second layer, Trésor of Priam celebrates it, I discovered under this treasure a bronze vase of a particular form.
This vase contained some clay shards, various small objects out of metal, of the currencies and the petrified objects, in bone. Several of these objects and the vase of bronze carried an inscription in hiéroglyphes phenicians. The inscription was: Of king Chronos of Atlantis.
A marked document of the letter B said:
in 1883, I live with the museum of the Louvre a collection of objects coming from excavations carried out in Tiahuanaku in the Central America (it acts of Tiahuanaco in Bolivia, n.d.r.l.). I noticed there shards of potteries exactly of the same invoice and same matter, and also of the objects in petrified bones absolutely similar to those which I had found in the bronze vase of the Treasury of Priam.
The resemblance of these two series of objects could not be implied randomly. The vases of the Central America did not comprise a writing phenician nor other inscriptions. I hastened to examine my personal specimens again and I was convinced that the inscriptions traced by a foreign hand were more recent than the objects themselves.
To me being gotten some fragments coming from Tiahuanaku, I them subjected to a chemical and microscopic examination. This examination establishes incontestably that the two series of potteries, as well those of Central America as those of Troy, were same particular kind of clay which is neither in old Phénicie nor in the Central America.
The analysis of the objects establishes that metal was composed of platinum, aluminium and copper, alloy which is not nowhere elsewhere among the vestiges of passed and which is currently unknown. I thus managed to conclude that these objects coming from two regions so distant one from the other were made same substance and undoubtedly had the same origin. But the objects themselves are neither phenicians, neither mycéniens, nor American. What is necessary to think about it?
What formerly of the same point of origin, did they arrive at the two different places where one found them? The inscription raised on my objects revealed this point of origin: Atlantis.
This extraordinary discovered encouraged me to continue my research with a new energy ".
We know today that other vestiges telamones were discovered in Tripolitaine and are identical to those of Tiahuanaco and Troy. The traces of coke discovered in 1992 in Egyptian mummies also show that the road between the two surviving colonies telamones of the last great cataclysm always remained opened, forwarding by Asia and the road of the oases, using the straits between the continents rather than the great maritime crossings. 3 waves of European establishments in Americas :
1) of 4th at the 12th century: the first arrival of the Irish monks pertaining to the order columbite of the culdees. The monks columbites were sailors as much as monks. Very quickly starting from their new monasteries, they sailed towards the south and Mexico. We know by the indigenous traditions that the first arrival of the White in average America was that of monk vêtus of long white dresses, that one called "dad". Their empire extended soon from Bogota, in current Colombia, in Valparaiso, in Chile, with two exits on the Atlantic: the Amazon, in north, and Peaviru, in the south, the "marrowy way" which, by the sierra of the Money, gained Paraguay and the ocean. They were some forty thousand when, about 1290, Araucans, come from Chile, seized Tiahuanacu. Some of the survivors of the massacre which followed went up the coast as far as Ecuador where they embarked towards Polynesia on balsa rafts. Others took refuge in the Amazonian and Paraguayan forest, where we found their descendants. Others still remade their forces in Apurimac, to Peru itself, and, some ten years later, about 1300, went down on Cuzco where they founded the new empire, that of Incas, i.e., in norrois, of the Descendants.
3) then the templiers came about 1250, 1294 and in 1307 a last group arrived. They helped the descendants of the Vikings to found the INCA empire then took part in its development. In 40 years, of 1272 to 1307, they had made trade with the Vikings, mainly to bring back the money to the port of la Rochelle with this noble metal become a new currency, to finance constructions of their movement: abbeys, houses templières and especially the cathedrals once that their treasure seizes in the Middle East and who came from the use of gold since civilization of high Egypt, had been consumed in the real building sites and the acquisition of grounds and fields. The forty-eight figures of the three higher lines represent, with their respective attributes, the twelve minor apostles, the twelve prophets and the twenty-four old men carrying zithers and gold cut, such as described Saint Jean. On the lower line, one sees two angels playing of the trumpet, instrument unknown in America précolombienne. Amiens is located in Picardy, at the border of Normandy and Dieppe is its port and outlet on the sea to some 100 km. The cathedral of Amiens was built between 1220 and 1288 and its gate between 1225 and 1236. The indigenous chronicles speak to us about a catholic monk who about 1250, had appeared on the high-plate after having unloaded in the gulf of Santos and having crossed Paraguay, it named the Gnupa father. It brought the plans of a Romance church, easier to build using the highly qualified indigenous masons who before had built the many buildings in ruin or which disappeared.
We can deduce from these events that about 1150, the main Vikings of the area of Titicaca, once conquered their empire and ensured, thanks to their alliance with Guaranis, their routes transportation to the Atlantic, renewed contact with Europe, undoubtedly in Dieppe, a few kilometers of the port templier of Saint-Valery-in-caux. They were combined to the templiers in the secrecy and thanks to the craftsmen of the Temple, from large buildings emerged, in Tiahuanaco and elsewhere, to replace the huts of cob and stones dry Vikings. The templiers also gave a new dash to the local metallurgy: with the Asian goldsmithery of origin that the natives of the Peruvian coast knew already were added more complex processes, like the casting with lost wax, and the work of iron. This bond was tied about years 900 at the time of the arrival of the Irish monks pertaining to the order columbite of the culdees.
